White Chicken Chili Recipe Healthy Ingredients:- 1 lb Chicken Breast - skinless, boneless - minced
- 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 1 Medium Onion - chopped
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 4oz Green Chili Peppers - chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
- 4 Tortillas
- 4oz Olives - sliced, drained
- 1/2 cup Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
- Vegetable Cooking Spray

White Chicken Chili Recipe Healthy Cooking Instructions:- Take a Dutch oven and spray lightly with vegetable oil, add in the chicken, garlic and onion, cook over medium to high heat for about 5 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Stir in the broth, cumin, chili peppers and white pepper, bring to the boil then educe heat and simmer for 5 minutes, uncovered.
- Line 4 soup bowls with a tortilla and spoon in chili and top with olives and cheese.
