1 teaspoon minced Garlic

1 Medium Onion - chopped

2 cups Chicken Broth

1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

4oz Green Chili Peppers - chopped

1/2 teaspoon Ground White Pepper

4 Tortillas
-
4oz Olives - sliced, drained

1/2 cup Low Fat Cheddar Cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Take a Dutch oven and spray lightly with
vegetable oil, add in the chicken, garlic
and onion, cook over medium to high heat for
about 5 minutes until chicken is tender.

Stir in the broth, cumin, chili peppers and
white pepper, bring to the boil then educe
heat and simmer for 5 minutes, uncovered.

Line 4 soup bowls with a tortilla and spoon
in chili and top with olives and cheese.
