Peel the shrimp, leaving tails intact.

Combine wine, garlic, lemon juice, steak
sauce, and pepper in a large zip-top plastic
bag, seal the bag and shake well to blend
all the ingredients.

Add the shrimp to the bag and seal. Leave to
marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes, turning
bag once.

Prepare grill.

Remove shrimp from bag, discarding marinade.
Thread the shrimp onto 6 (12-inch) skewers.

Coat the grill rack with cooking spray,
place kebabs on grill and cook for 2 minutes
on each side or until shrimp are done.
