| Quick Healthy Recipe Ingredients:- Canola Oil - cooking spray
- 1/2 cup Skim Milk
- 1 (10½oz) Low-Fat reduced-sodium condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Cooked Noodles
- 2 tablespoons bottled Pimientos - drained, chopped
- 1 package (10oz) frozen cut Green Beans
- 9oz water-packed chunk Light Tuna - drained
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 3 tablespoons Dry Bread Crumbs

| Quick Healthy Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Coat a 2-quart heatproof casserole with cooking spray.
- In baking dish, mix milk and soup to combine. Add noodles, pimientos, beans, tuna and pepper, mixing to combine with the with soup, cover pan with foil.
- Bake until bubbling hot, about 20 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake until crumbs are lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
