Healthy White Cake Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1½ cups All Purpose Flour

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
     
  • Combine the sugar, vanilla, applesauce and baking powder and mix well, slowly pour in the egg whites. while constantly mixing the batter.
     
  • Fold the batter into the flour, mix for a few more minutes, and make sure there are no lumps.
     
  • Healthyly coated a 9x9 baking pan with non stick cooking spray, pour in batter.
     
  • Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
