| Healthy Turkey Chili Recipe Ingredients:- 3 cups chopped Cooked Turkey
- 1 tablespoon Margarine
- 1½ cups chopped Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove - minced
- 1/2 cup chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped Celery
- 1 tablespoon minced, seeded - Jalapeño Pepper
- 2 (16oz) cans Chicken Broth Fat-Free Less-sodium
- 2 (19oz) cans White Beans - drained, divided
- 1 (4½oz) can chopped Green Chiles
- 1½ teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 cup frozen Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup 1% Low-Fat Milk
- 1/2 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro

| Healthy Turkey Chili Recipe Cooking Instructions:- In a large Dutch oven melt margarine over medium-high heat, add onion, garlic, red pepper, celery and jalapeño pepper, sauté 5 minutes.
- Add in the turkey, broth, 1½ cups beans, green chiles, cumin, corn, chili powder, salt and black pepper, bring to the boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer for 15 minutes.
- Mash the remaining beans, add mashed beans and milk to the turkey mixture.
- Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until mixture is thick, stirring frequently, stir in chopped cilantro and serve
