Healthy Shrimp Scampi Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Shrimp - peeled, deveined
- 4 Garlic Clove - minced
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 3/4 cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Parsley - minced
- 12oz Angel Hair Pasta
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter

Healthy Shrimp Scampi Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Cook pasta according to instructiond.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a saucepan, sauté minced garlic and butter then deglaze pan with wine.
- Simmer for about 2 minutes, add stock and shrimp, when shrimp is heated thoroughly add lemon juice and minced parsley, salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to saucepan and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
