1 lb Shrimp - peeled, deveined

4 Garlic Clove - minced

1/2 cup White Wine

3/4 cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock

1/4 cup Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed

1 teaspoon Salt
-
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1/4 cup Parsley - minced

12oz Angel Hair Pasta

2 teaspoons Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Butter

Healthy Shrimp Scampi Recipe
Cooking Instructions:

Cook pasta according to instructiond.

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a
saucepan, sauté minced garlic and butter
then deglaze pan with wine.

Simmer for about 2 minutes, add stock and
shrimp, when shrimp is heated thoroughly add
lemon juice and minced parsley, salt and
pepper.

Add cooked pasta to saucepan and toss to
coat. Serve immediately.
