- 3 cups Water
- 4 Reduced-Sodium Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 1 Clove Garlic - minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- chopped Fresh Parsley - for garnish

Healthy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Coat a 2-qt baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, place potatoes in the dish .
- Heat water in a saucepan, add bouillon and garlic until bouillon is dissolved then pour over potatoes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1¼ to 1½ hours, let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
