Healthy Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped Shallots
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper - divided
  • 1 (1b) Flank Steak - trimmed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Cooking Spray

Healthy Recipe Cooking Instructions:
  • Combine red wine vinegar, Balsamic vinegar and shallots in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add 1/2 teaspoon pepper and the steak, seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
     
  • Prepare grill.
     
  • Remove the steak from bag and discard marinade. Sprinkle steak with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
     
  • Coat the grill rack with cooking spray, place steak on grill rack and cook for 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
     
  • Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
