Healthy Pumpkin Bread Recipe Ingredients:- 1 Cooking Spray
- 1 (5oz) can Pumpkin Unsalted
- 1/3 cup Low Fat Buttermilk
- 1 Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/4cup Canola Oil
- 2 cups White All Purpose Flour
- 1/2cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Low Sodium Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Healthy Pumpkin Bread Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- With cooking spray coat a 9-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin, buttermilk, egg, egg whites, oil and mix well and set aside.
- In a large bowl, sift the remaining ingredients together.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add pumpkin mixture all at once. Mix very well, pour batter into a loaf pan.
- Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
