Healthy Pound Cake Recipe Ingredients:- 5 tablespoons Reduced Fat Margarine
- 1¼ cups Sugar
- 1½ teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1½ cups Flour
- 1/2 cup Oatbran
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 cup Plain Non Fat Yogurt

Healthy Pound Cake Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Combine the margarine and sugar in a large bowl, beat until smooth, add vanilla and egg whites, beat until smooth then stir in the yogurt.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients , just until mixed well.
- Bake in a lightly greased loaf pan. in a preheated oven 350degrees F for 55 - 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool.
