5 tablespoons Reduced Fat Margarine

1¼ cups Sugar

1½ teaspoon Vanilla

3 Egg Whites

1½ cups Flour

1/2 cup Oatbran

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 cup Plain Non Fat Yogurt

Cooking Instructions:

Combine the margarine and sugar in a large
bowl, beat until smooth, add vanilla and egg
whites, beat until smooth then stir in the
yogurt.

Combine all the dry ingredients in a
separate bowl. Combine the dry ingredients
into the wet ingredients , just until mixed
well.

Bake in a lightly greased loaf pan. in a
preheated oven 350degrees F for 55 - 60
minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool in the
pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a
rack to cool.
