Healthy Meatloaf Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 (6oz) can Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped Green Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Bran
- 2 tablespoons Wheat Germ
- 1 Small Onion - finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped Parsley
- 1 Egg - lightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly Ground Pepper
- Chili Sauce
|  Time: 1 hour 10 min Serves: 4

Healthy Meatloaf Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all the ingredients except chili sauce.
- Using your hands, form into loaf and place in 9 X 5 X 3" loaf pan then cover with layer of chili sauce.
- Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
- Serve hot.
