- 4 tablespoons Margarine
- 1/4 cup Low-Fat Milk
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Healthy Mashed Potatoes Recipe Cooking Instructions:- In a saucepan, add the potatoes and enough water to cover them, over medium heat bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes then return to the saucepan.
- With a electric mixer, mix the potatoes until slightly dry, add 1/4 cup milk and mix until creamy, add the margarine, salt and pepper to taste, combine well and serve.
