skinless

1/2 Egg

4oz Crabmeat
-
1/4 teaspoon Celery Seed

1¼ teaspoons Mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon Brown Mustard
-
1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
-
1/4 tablespoon crushed Dried Parsley
-
1/8 teaspoon Salt
-
1/8 teaspoon crushed Dried Oregano
-
1/3 cup Corn Flakes - crushed
-
Toothpicks
-
1/2 Egg White - beaten

Healthy Light Recipe
Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
-
Take a meat mallet and flatten chicken
breasts.
-
Combine In a mixing bowl, egg, crab, celery
seed, mayonnaise, mustard, dry mustard,
parsley, salt, and oregano. Mix very well.
-
Spoon the mixture onto chicken breasts then
roll to enclose the filling and secure with
toothpicks.
-
Dip the chicken breasts into beaten egg
whites and roll in crushed corn flakes.
-
Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is tender
and serve.
