| Healthy Light Recipe Ingredients:- 2 (6oz) Fresh Chicken Breasts - boneless, skinless
- 1/2 Egg
- 4oz Crabmeat
- 1/4 teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1¼ teaspoons Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon Brown Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tablespoon crushed Dried Parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed Dried Oregano
- 1/3 cup Corn Flakes - crushed
- Toothpicks
- 1/2 Egg White - beaten
|  Time: 1 hour 30 min Serves: 2
| Healthy Light Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Take a meat mallet and flatten chicken breasts.
- Combine In a mixing bowl, egg, crab, celery seed, mayonnaise, mustard, dry mustard, parsley, salt, and oregano. Mix very well.
- Spoon the mixture onto chicken breasts then roll to enclose the filling and secure with toothpicks.
- Dip the chicken breasts into beaten egg whites and roll in crushed corn flakes.
- Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and serve.
