- 1 cup Egg Substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Dill
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper

Healthy Hollandaise Sauce Recipe Cooking Instructions:- In a saucepan over medium beat the yogurt, egg substitute, mustard and lemon juice until well combined.
- Cook the mixture for 15 minutes until it thickens.
- Remove the mixture from heat and add in the dill, salt, and pepper.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then serve warm over food.
