| Healthy Grilled Salmon Recipe Ingredients:- 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 2 teaspoons minced Fresh Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated Lemon Zest
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 lb Salmon Fillet, skinned, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- 8 Skewers - if using wooden skewers soak in water 1 hour before use.

| Healthy Grilled Salmon Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Preheat grill to a medium-high.
- Combine oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a medium bowl, add in salmon and toss to coat well.
- Alternating the salmon and tomatoes, divide among 8 12-inch skewers.
- Lightly oil the grill rack, grill the skewers carefully turning once, until the salmon is cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes.
