Healthy Granola Recipe

Healthy Granola Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1¾ cups firmly packed Brown Sugar
  • 1¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Butter - softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3½ cups granola cereal

Healthy Granola Recipe Cooking Instructions:
  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
     
  • Combine together brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda In large bowl,
     
  • Stir all other remaining ingredients except granola; mix until smooth. Stir in 3 cups granola.
     
  • Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, roll in remaining 1/2 cup granola.
     
  • Place two inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
