- 1 cup Evaporated Skim Milk
- 1/2 cup chopped Fresh Parsley
- 4oz Green Onions - sliced, white part only
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Healthy Fettucine Alfredo Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Prepare Fettucini according to package instructions, drain.
- In a large saucepan bring the evaporated milk to a simmer over moderate heat, combine in the green onions, parmesan cheese and parsley.
- When the cheese has melted and sauce is thick and creamy, pour over cooked pasta.
- Season with pepper and serve.
