6 Hard Boiled Eggs - sliced

2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon minced Onion

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped Celery

Cooking Instructions:

Save the 4 centers egg and slices for
garnish, chop remaining eggs.

Mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, onion, salt and
pepper in medium bowl then add in chopped
eggs and celery, combine well.

Cover to blend flavors and refrigerate for 1
hour.

Serve over lettuce leaves and garnish with
reserved egg slices.
