Healthy Egg Salad Recipe Ingredients:- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs - sliced
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced Onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Celery
- Lettuce Leaves

Healthy Egg Salad Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Save the 4 centers egg and slices for garnish, chop remaining eggs.
- Mix lemon juice, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper in medium bowl then add in chopped eggs and celery, combine well.
- Cover to blend flavors and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve over lettuce leaves and garnish with reserved egg slices.
