Healthy Cupcake Recipe Ingredients:- 2 Large Ripe Bananas
- 1 stick Weight Watchers Butter
- 1/2 cup Egg Substitute
- 1/2 cup 1/2% Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Cooking Spray
Banana Glaze Icing: - 1 Small Ripe Banana
- 1 box 10x Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Healthy Cupcake Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Cream bananas and butter, mix dry ingredients and set aside.
- Add eggs and milk to bananas and butter and mix, stir dry ingredients into banana mixture; mix very well. Add vanilla to batter.
- Spray cupcake pans with cooking spray, Pour into cups 1/3 cup each.
- Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 - 25 minutes.
Banana Glaze Icing: - Mix banana, butter and vanilla. Add sugar a little at a time until consistency is reached then frost cupcakes.
