| Healthy Crab Cake Recipe Ingredients:- 2 tablespoons Fat Free Plain Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fat Free Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Green Onions - Chopped
- 2 tablespoons Parsley - Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 lb Crab Meat - Flaked
- 1¼ cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
- Non Stick Cooking Spray

| Healthy Crab Cake Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Mix the green yogurt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, onions, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, pepper and mustard in a large bowl.
- Add the crab meat and 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs, toss to coat all the crab.
- Form 8 patties then coat them with the reminding bread crumbs, pressing the crumbs in place, put on a plate lined with waxed paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Coat a baking tray with non-stick spray. Put the crab patties on the baking tray and bake for 10 - 15 min at 350 F until cakes are golden.
