1/2 Green Pepper - chopped

1 Large Onion - chopped

1/2 cup thinly sliced Celery

1 (14oz) can Fat-Free Chicken Broth

1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

2 tablespoons Cornstarch

3 cups Non-Fat Milk

3 cups Frozen Corn
-
2 teaspoons Chicken Bouillon Granules

2 tablespoons finely chopped Parsley

3 tablespoons precooked Bacon Bits

Cooking Instructions:

In a large saucepan place the potatoes,
green pepper, onion, celery, chicken
broth and pepper, bring to the boil.

Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 15
minutes, or until potatoes are tender.

Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add
to the potatoes, with the corn and the
chicken bouillon granules, and bring back to
a boil.

Garnish with parsley and bacon bits.
