Healthy Corn Chowder Recipe Ingredients:- 4 Medium Potatoes - peeled, diced
- 1/2 Green Pepper - chopped
- 1 Large Onion - chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced Celery
- 1 (14oz) can Fat-Free Chicken Broth
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 3 cups Non-Fat Milk
- 3 cups Frozen Corn
- 2 teaspoons Chicken Bouillon Granules
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped Parsley
- 3 tablespoons precooked Bacon Bits

Healthy Corn Chowder Recipe Cooking Instructions:- In a large saucepan place the potatoes, green pepper, onion, celery, chicken broth and pepper, bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add to the potatoes, with the corn and the chicken bouillon granules, and bring back to a boil.
- Garnish with parsley and bacon bits.
