Healthy Clam Chowder Recipe Ingredients:- 2 cups finely chopped Fresh Clams
- 1 Medium Spanish Onion - finely chopped
- 3 cups Fish Stock
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 Medium Carrot - finely chopped
- 1 Celery Stalk - finely chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove - finely chopped
- 1 Large Russet Potato - peeled cut into 1/4 inch pieces
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Healthy Clam Chowder Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Combine clams, onion, fish stock, bay leaf, and thyme in a large saucepan, bring the boil and reduce heat to low, cover then simmer for 45 minutes, until broth is briny from the clams.
- Add in the carrot and celery cover cook for 25 minutes, Add garlic and potato, cover and cook 20 more minutes and serve.
