4oz 93% Lean Ground Beef

3 Garlic Cloves - minced

1 Onion - chopped

2 Carrots - grated

1 can Whole Plum Tomatoes

1 can Healthy Red Kidney Beans -
drained

1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans -drained

1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1 teaspoon Chili
Powder

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 Bay Leaf

Cooking Instructions:

In a large pot heat olive oil over medium
heat, add beef, garlic and sauté until
brown, about 3 minutes.

Add onion, carrots to pot and stir well, add
plum tomatoes with liquid, stir and chop
with your spatula.

Add light red kidney beans, dark red kidney
beans, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin,
bay leaf.

Stir on lower heat to medium low and cook
for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10
minutes
Remove bay leaf and serve.
