| Healthy Chili Recipe Ingredients:- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 4oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
- 3 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 1 Onion - chopped
- 2 Carrots - grated
- 1 can Whole Plum Tomatoes
- 1 can Healthy Red Kidney Beans - drained
- 1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans -drained
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Bay Leaf

| Healthy Chili Recipe Cooking Instructions:- In a large pot heat olive oil over medium heat, add beef, garlic and sauté until brown, about 3 minutes.
- Add onion, carrots to pot and stir well, add plum tomatoes with liquid, stir and chop with your spatula.
- Add light red kidney beans, dark red kidney beans, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, bay leaf.
- Stir on lower heat to medium low and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
Remove bay leaf and serve.
