Healthy Chicken Marsala Recipe Ingredients:- 4 uncooked Chicken Breasts - boneless, skinless
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Fresh Mushrooms - sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1¼ cups Reduced-Sodium Beef Broth - divided
- 1½ tablespoons cornstarch

Healthy Chicken Marsala Recipe Cooking Instructions:- In a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat, add mushrooms and sauté until tender about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile - Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and thyme. Move the mushrooms to outer edge of skillet, place chicken in the center of skillet and sauté until golden about 2-3 min per side.
- Add marsala wine to the skillet and simmer 1 minute, add 3/4 cup of broth and simmer, until chicken is tender and cooked through about 8 minute.
- Dissolve cornstarch in remaining 1/2 cup of broth, add to skillet. Simmer until sauce thickens, stirring constantly and incorporating mushrooms into the liquid, about 1 minute.
