Cooking Instructions:

In a mixing bowl add baking powder, flour,
sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and grated carrot
then add the oil and soya milk and stir
until combined.

Pour into lined/greased cake tin.

Cook at 200ºC/400ºF for about 30 minutes
until the cake is cooked through.
