Healthy Carrot Cake Recipe Ingredients:- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 8oz Self Raising Flour
- 4oz Light Caster Sugar
- 1 level teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated Nutmeg
- 3oz grated Carrot
- 75ml Vegetable Oil
- 200 ml Soya Milk

Healthy Carrot Cake Recipe Cooking Instructions:- In a mixing bowl add baking powder, flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and grated carrot then add the oil and soya milk and stir until combined.
- Pour into lined/greased cake tin.
- Cook at 200ºC/400ºF for about 30 minutes until the cake is cooked through.
