Healthy Caesar Dressing Recipe Ingredients:- 2 Eggs - lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove - crushed
- 1 cup Safflower Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- dash Worcestershire Sauce
- Anchovy Paste - to taste

Healthy Caesar Dressing Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Place eggs and lemon juice in blender and beat well, add garlic, oil, mustard, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, blend well.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and anchovy paste. Blend all the ingredients together and store in refrigerator.
