Healthy Bran Muffin Recipe Ingredients:- 1½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Wheat Bran
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Molasses
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 Egg - beaten
- 1/4 cup Walnuts - chopped

Healthy Bran Muffin Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Stir together the wheat flour, wheat bran, soda and baking powder. Mix in the raisins and set aside.
- Blend milk, molasses, oil and egg then add to dry ingredients and combine just until moistened.
- Spoon into 12 lightly greased muffin tins.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until muffins pull away from sides of cups.
