3/4 cup Pineapple-Orange Concentrate

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1½ cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 cup Unsweetened Blueberries

Healthy Blueberry Muffin Recipe
Cooking Instructions:

Combine buttermilk, egg whites, juice
concentrate, and vanilla.

In separate bowl, combine baking
powder, flour, oats and baking soda.

Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients and
blend until just moistened. Pour into
non-stick vegetable coated tins.

Bake in Pam sprayed muffin pans at 425
degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
