1/4 cup Reduced-Calorie Stick Margarine

1 (8oz) carton Plain Low-Fat Yogurt

1 teaspoon Honey

1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour

Healthy Biscuit Recipe
Cooking Instructions:

Combine baking powder, flour, baking soda
and salt in a medium bowl then cut in the
margarine with a pastry blender until
mixture is crumbly.

Combine honey and yogurt, add to flour
mixture, stirring with a fork just until dry
ingredients are moistened.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over work
surface, turn dough out onto floured surface
and knead lightly 4 to 5 times.

Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut into
rounds with a 2-inch biscuit cutter, place
the biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until golden.
