| Healthy Biscuit Recipe Ingredients:- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Reduced-Calorie Stick Margarine
- 1 (8oz) carton Plain Low-Fat Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour

| Healthy Biscuit Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Combine baking powder, flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl then cut in the margarine with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
- Combine honey and yogurt, add to flour mixture, stirring with a fork just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over work surface, turn dough out onto floured surface and knead lightly 4 to 5 times.
- Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut into rounds with a 2-inch biscuit cutter, place the biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until golden.
