| Healthy Beef Stew Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Stew Beef
- Cooking Spray
- 3½ cups Water - divided
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups Potatoes - cut into cubes
- 2 cups Raw Baby Carrots - cut in halves
- 2 cups chopped - Onions
- 1 (15.25oz) can Sweet Peas - drained
- 1 (28oz) can Green Beans
- 1 (15.25oz) can Sweet Corn - drained
- 4 tablespoons Corn Starch
|  Time: 2 hours 30 min Serves: 8 - 10
| Healthy Beef Stew Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Spray bottom of large Dutch oven with cooking spray. add the beef and cook, stir until browned.
- Add 1½ cups water, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Turn heat down to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves then add potatoes, carrots, onions.
- Cover and simmer for 40 minutes, add sweet peas, green beans, sweet corn, simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, add 1 cup water.
- Mix together 1 c water and 1/4 c corn starch in a bowl, combine well. Stir into the ingredients in Dutch oven.
- Return to high heat and cook and stir until thickened, season with salt and pepper to taste.
