Healthy Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients:- 2 level cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Butter - softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1½ cups mashed Ripe Banana
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Plain Low-Fat Yogurt
- Cooking Spray

Healthy Banana Bread Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine the flour, salt and baking soda stirring with a whisk.
- In a large bowl beat butter and sugar with a mixer at medium speed for about 1 minute until well blended, add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each one.
- Add banana, vanilla and yogurt, beat until blended. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed just until moist.
- Coated with cooking spray a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan then spoon batter in.
- Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes remove from pan, cool completely on wire rack.
