Healthy Apple Crisp Recipe Ingredients:- 12 Apples - peeled, diced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 Lemon - juiced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated Nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Soy Flour
- 1 stick Light Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar

Healthy Apple Crisp Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a 9 x 12 baking dish, combine apples, lemon juice, nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon.
- In a small bowl, mix flour, butter and brown sugar together using a fork and your fingers, working until even and small crumbles form, sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
- bake for 15 - 20 minutes until apples are just tender and topping is golden brown.
