Healthy Alfredo Sauce Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup Skim Milk

1 tablespoon Flour
-
3 Garlic Cloves - minced

1/4 Small Onion - chopped fine

1 tablespoon Margarine
-
8oz Sour Cream
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

2 tablespoons Dried Herbs

Healthy Alfredo Sauce Recipe
Cooking Instructions:

In heavy sauce pan heat margarine over
medium-low heat, sauté garlic and onion
until onion are translucent.

Add flour and stir constantly for 20 - 30
seconds, slowly add in skim milk. Wisk out
lumps if develop. Reduce heat so it does not
simmer. Add in herbs then slowly add cheese.

When cheese is fully melted, simmer for a
few seconds to thicken then remove from
heat, allow sauce to cool slightly and stir
in sour cream.
