Healthy Alfredo Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 3 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 1/4 Small Onion - chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon Margarine
- 8oz Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dried Herbs

Healthy Alfredo Sauce Recipe Cooking Instructions:- In heavy sauce pan heat margarine over medium-low heat, sauté garlic and onion until onion are translucent.
- Add flour and stir constantly for 20 - 30 seconds, slowly add in skim milk. Wisk out lumps if develop. Reduce heat so it does not simmer. Add in herbs then slowly add cheese.
- When cheese is fully melted, simmer for a few seconds to thicken then remove from heat, allow sauce to cool slightly and stir in sour cream.
