| Easy Healthy Recipe Ingredients:- 1 Rump Steak
- 1 Onion - sliced
- 8oz Button Mushrooms - halved
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Beef Stock
- 1/2 cup Low Fat Milk
- Fresh Parsley chopped - for serving
- 3 teaspoons Corn-Flour

| Easy Healthy Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Trim off excess fat from the steak and slice into thin strips.
- lightly greased a non-stick frying pan and heat over high heat, cook slices of beef until just cooked, remove from the frying pan.
- Healthyly spray the frying pan and cook the onion, mushrooms and paprika over a medium heat until the onion have softened.
- Add the beef, tomato paste, stock and 1/2 cup of water, heat to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the evaporated milk with the corn-flour, add to the frying pan and stir until the sauce boils and thickens. sprinkle with parsley and serve.
