Easy Healthy Recipe Ingredients:

1 Rump Steak

Onion - sliced

8oz Button Mushrooms - halved

1/4 teaspoon Paprika

2 tablespoons Tomato Paste

1/2 cup Beef Stock

1/2 cup Low Fat Milk
-
Fresh
Parsley chopped - for serving

3 teaspoons Corn-Flour

Cooking Instructions:

Trim off excess fat from the steak and slice
into thin strips.
-
lightly greased a non-stick frying pan and
heat over high heat, cook slices of beef
until just cooked, remove from the frying
pan.

Healthyly spray the frying pan and cook the
onion, mushrooms and paprika over a medium
heat until the onion have softened.
-
Add the beef, tomato paste, stock and 1/2
cup of water, heat to the boil, then reduce
the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
-
In a small bowl, mix the evaporated milk
with the corn-flour, add to the frying pan
and stir until the sauce boils and thickens.
sprinkle with parsley and serve.
