1 cup 1-inch slices Asparagus

2 Garlic Cloves - minced

2 cups Cherry Tomatoes - halved

2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Basil

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup crumbled Goat Cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package
instructions, leave out salt and fat.

Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking
spray and heat over medium-high heat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add
chicken and asparagus to the skillet, sauté
for 5 minutes.
-
Add garlic and tomatoes to the skillet,
sauté for 1 minute then remove from the
heat, stir in pasta, vinegar, basil, and
oil.

Arrange 2 cups pasta mixture on 4 plates and
top each plate with 1 tablespoon cheese.
