| Best Healthy Recipe Ingredients:- 8oz Uncooked Rotini Pasta
- Cooking Spray
- 1 lb chicken breast - skinless, boneless cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 cup 1-inch slices Asparagus
- 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes - halved
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Basil
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled Goat Cheese

| Best Healthy Recipe Cooking Instructions:- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, leave out salt and fat.
- Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken and asparagus to the skillet, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and tomatoes to the skillet, sauté for 1 minute then remove from the heat, stir in pasta, vinegar, basil, and oil.
- Arrange 2 cups pasta mixture on 4 plates and top each plate with 1 tablespoon cheese.
